If a girl likes a guy, she will not play hard to get, and be easy?

i was watching tv and this girl on the show saw this guy from a distance. the guy said ur cute. want to smoke, she said yes, follow me. introduced him to her friends. asked him to come back home with her. i never had a girl do that to me. there is a reason some guy do the pickup artist since not every guy is lucky like that guy. point being, if a girl likes a guy visually, she will not test him, not play any games, pick up his phones calls, go on dates with him. because the ball is always on the girls court. she sits on the stool and decides who she wants to date. guys dont have that power.
